We have a good grasp of small-scale controlled slaughterhouses and our own further processing the whole chain. AdelsåsensKalkongård is a small family business, located in
StoraLeveneca8km from Varai Västergötland. There are 3,000 on the estate
breeding animals/year. Production from dessager approx. 10,000 eggs per week.
The eggs are taken care of in our hatchery where it was 4 weeks ago
day before hatching! Newly hatched turkey chicks are delivered throughout
Sweden.

Approx. We raise 10,000 chickens ourselves into large turkeys, which we
butchers and cuts in our EU-approved abattoir. We sell the meat this spring
farm shop and to shops and restaurants.
