This fantastic spring primer is available in incredibly large quantities
outside the junction at Kinnekulle. When we started using
spring onion in our cooking at the beginning of the 90s was a big one
seen unknown to Sweden’s chefs. It took a few years, but so soon
some of the country’s “fine dining restaurants” have opened their eyes and realized
the ramslöken’s full potential, the ramslök quickly became popular.
